Finding a contractor can be difficult & stressful. We are happy with the work Need for Build did for us. We needed a custom patio re-done as our old one was falling apart. We first called a patio company but they said they were not able to build it the way we wanted. Need for Build was able to accommodate us. Their workers did an excellent job. They were very respectful and cleaned up after they were done with the build. Our project managers Avi & Jonathan were always available for questions. Overall we are pleased with our finished patio.

My wife and I shopped around a while, meeting with various contractors to assess our project. Our problem was a growing soft spot in the sub-flooring beneath our pre-fab shower tub unit. Danny came to our condominium and talked us through the entire process. Patient. Not overly sales-y, though Danny--like any other person--has business to take care of. His numbers and timeline were right for us, and his recommendations were sound. There was no half-assing this project, as doing so would end up costing us more money and time in the future. The Need For Build team shuffled its schedule around to complete our project, helped us select tile, fixtures, and tub, then stayed engaged throughout demo, multiple inspections, tiling, etc. We even had a hiccup with a neighbor's leaky tub, which required some extra ceiling repair (and a short delay in the project). The team was patient as we worked through this unforeseen circumstance. The outcome is a simple, clean, high-quality upgrade to our small (and only) bathroom. New plumbing, added moisture/mold protection, tiling up to the ceiling, and new fixtures, tub, and shower door. We are quite happy with the work and recommend the Need for Build team to anyone.

Highly recommended! I hired Need for build to do my kitchen this month and Im so glad i did! I never thought that I could really have a new kitchen right in time for Christmas! Thank god I found those guys!!! I've been shopping around for a year for the right company and finally bumped into them. The passion the have for the what they do and the attention to details is just out of this world. I was notified every day what will happen the next day, cleaned up after themselves every day, were never late and most important respectful to my house and my family. Did my landscaping with avi at Need for build. From the initial meeting, the design and knowledge, we knew that this was the company for us. A professional 3D was provided and the attention to detail was very much appreciated. They took the time to make sure our project would look amazing! We are so happy we found them! I need to give a well deserved review for Danny and his team at Need for Build. This is the first remodel my husband and I have done and Danny was with us every step of the way. We reached out to a few companies and Danny was the one we knew we had to go with. He made us feel so comfortable and guided us each and every day. He has multiple projects going on, but you would never know that based on his involvement and quick response time. Even my 10 year old said he wanted to go with Danny! What sets them a part is the fact that you receive a quote the day Danny comes out to view your project. This cuts down on time and allows you to start your project right away. I truly feel like he is part of the family. We were so impressed with crew as well. He managed our project and was there, on time, each time he said he would be.
